HurtMatch LLC operates a legal referral SMS program. By submitting our intake form and providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from HurtMatch LLC. Messages include: intake confirmation notifications, attorney match updates, case status communications, and follow-up messages related to your injury claim. This is a mixed-use messaging program for transactional and informational purposes.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from HurtMatch LLC. After texting STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-opt in. To opt out of email communications, click the unsubscribe link in any email.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. HurtMatch LLC is not responsible for any delays in SMS delivery caused by your mobile carrier or network conditions. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to your carrier's terms of service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
